Another GREAT looking disc from Twilight Time. This Swedish tale of Napoleon is finely acted and directed, is shot great, and a real joy to watch. Not really my thing but it’s worth a watch and if you’re a fan, you can’t lose.

This is the film that made me fall in love with Kim Novak. This film is ly, witty and great fun! Witchcraft was never so funny or charming. As always Twilight Time brings the love with a truly phenomenal transfer. Great film with a great cast.

The Front Line
Blu-Ray, Well Go USA

If there was ever a film that really drummed home how silly war is, it’s this film. Sad, depressing and more than a little frustrating, this film is about the conclusion of the Korean War and how the border between North and South Korea was formed. Sad, but well made. The film looks great and the sound is perfect!

Dark Crimes and Timeless Family Classics-50 film collections
DVD, Mill Creek

Each of these packs contains 50 films on 12 discs. There are good, films, bad films, and a lot of mediocre films. But with what these go for ($10-$15) it’s a great deal. Picture quality is wildly all over the place ranging from total crap to VHS to decent. But like I said, you get what you pay for.

Classic Splatter Pack: Drive-In Massacre and Driller Killer
DVD, MVD

Two films; one a horror classic, one the film that made me the sick fuck horror fan I am today. Driller Killer was pretty wild back in the day but it’s pretty tame now. Drive-In Massacre was the first gore flick I ever seen and I was a fan for life. Now…not so much. Both films look like crap mastered from a ran over VHS but they both suck so it’s ok right?

The Naked Horror Torture Horror Show: Flesh Feast and 3 on a Meathook
DVD, MVD

Dear God both of these films suck! Not enough naked and barely enough horror. And they look awful (of course). Sheesh. Avoid this crap!
