HUGE list of comics coming out this week – check out the “Diamond Comics”:http://www.diamondcomics.com/public/default.asp?t=2&m=1&c=3&s=7 website for the complete list.
There are two big books for me this week, and both are because of new writers for my favorite characters. Fabian Nicieza’s run on Nightwing starts with issue 138 this week, and Gail Simone’s Wonder Woman run starts this week as well with issue 14.
What are you reading?

Another great book week. Some highlights include:
Nightwing: I don’t buy this book but it continues the Ra’s Al Ghul storyline. I liked how Dick knew Batman’s JLA teleportation code. Damian is still a punk but he fought well against that many ninjas. Tim is a great character and the fight in the Batcave was awesome. Ra’s and Batman himself really didn’t have much to do in this issue though.
X-Factor: Messiah Complex continues to impress me. Peter David did a great job writing all the X-characters and Scott is really becoming a leader and hero once again. I love how he blasted that New X-Men kid with the optic blast and told him that he would hunt the kids down if they left and turned their back on their race in it’s time of need. The art was solid as well.
ASS: This was an interesting issue. Grant Morrison and Frank Quietly continue to impress, it’s cool knowing that Superman/Clark was gone 2 months during the Bizzaro story. The other Kryptonians were bad ass and I’m curious to see what happens next issue.
New Avengers: This would have been a lot better if the Mighty Avengers issues were going through the Venom bomb arc. This kind of spoils how that arc ends and who the villain responsible for the Venom attack is, but I’ll still buy the MA issues regardless. Yu’s art was great, Spider-Woman and Black Widow were hot.
World War Hulk 5: A good ending, not great but not bad. It was surprising to see who was really responsible for blowing up the ship and killing the Hulk’s wife/kid. The art was great and I’m actually going to try the new Hulk 1 by Loeb and McGuiness.
There were some other books I bought but those are the ones that stood out.

OK, haven’t read them all yet. Getting through the list still.
    World War Hulk.
Liked the issue. Not so much the ending. Not sure if I will be picking up any more Hulk book post WWH.
    New Avengers.
Not a bad issue. The ending interests me greatly considering the status quo post Civil War.
    The Sword.
I knew what was coming. I didn’t know the extent of it though. Good read.
    Avengers The Initiative.
Damn good issue. Kudos to whoever really set the story up. I know Slott writers it, but I don’t know if the ending was his idea or someone else’s. It was executed very well though. And I mean the ending regarding Peter Parker.
When Marvel said this issue was a big deal for Peter. They did not lie.
Punisher War Journal. I really liked this issue a lot. This was a deciding issue for me. Time to cut down on my pull list. If I wouldn’t have liked it, it would have been gone.
That’s all I have for now. But Spider-Girl, Wolverine, X-Factor along with the first three parts to The Resurrection of Ra’s Ah Gul will be read shortly.
