Gosh, I remember a year ago when I felt really angry about this reboot, but it seems like they’re doing so many things right, I can’t help but feel a little happy about the efforts.

Now they just did one more thing to convince me completely. Calling it The Amazing Spider-Man is great. Originally, they were going to call Spider-Man 2 this but backed away from it feeling that it is too “cartoony” (bullshit reason might I add).

Lets hope they stick with it this time, and that they keep doing it this way. I would love it if the next one was called The Spectacular Spider-Man, then The Sensational Spider-Man, Then Web of Spider-Man then…oh you get the idea.

Just to sweeten the deal, they also released a HIGH RES of the costume. While I’m still not a huge fan of the changes in the costume (again, they feel like change for change sake, not change for the better) this is a cool and dynamic picture of ol’webhead.
